You'll begin with EFR eLearning, studying the theory and procedures for emergency response at your own pace. Then you'll spend a full day in our training facility practicing essential skills: performing CPR on adults, children, and infants; managing choking victims; controlling bleeding; treating shock; managing spinal injuries; and using an AED. You'll work through realistic scenarios that combine multiple skills, preparing you to respond calmly and effectively in actual emergencies.
